If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition and we’ll refund it. Unless faulty, this should be within 35 days of receiving your order. By original condition, we’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept packaging and labels, and that the item is undamaged and unused.

To complete your return, please enter your email address and original order number. Please note that some delivery options may require a printer.

The John Lewis Returns portal is unable to support returns to the following countries:

Europe: Cyprus, Greece, Hungary, Poland, Portugal and Norway

Rest of World: Canada, Hong Kong, Qatar, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore and South Korea

The courier will bring a label to attach to your parcel, but you will also receive a label that you may want to print and attach to your parcel in advance.



Your package can be returned via your local postal service. We will provide you will a postal label, which you can attach to your package and take to any post office. Please retain the proof of posting for reference.
